Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Covers: The balance can be spent on Space Booking — nothing else, and never towards another gift card. Menu items and library services are not included.
Validity: The balance is valid for 365 days from the moment payment is confirmed. Any balance left at expiry is forfeited.
Spends down over time: Whatever is left after a purchase stays on the card for the next one, until it reaches zero.
Non-refundable: A gift card purchase cannot be refunded, and the balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only the person it is for: A gift card belongs to one person — whoever it was sent to, or you if you keep it. Only they can redeem it, signed in to the Notery account holding that email address. It cannot be passed on, and the code will not work for anyone else.
One code per purchase: A booking or an order can use one gift card or one promotional code — they cannot be combined.
