By creating an account, booking a service, or purchasing products from Notery Space, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Notery Space reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, services, or policies at any time.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts for misuse or policy violations.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings require 100% payment at the time of reservation.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Prices are listed in SAR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy – Study Seats

Cancellations made 2 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before booking time incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in full deduction of the booking amount.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit.

Cancellation Policy – Private Rooms

Cancellations made 4 hours or more before booking time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before booking time incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in full deduction.

Student Verification & Packages

Student packages are available only to verified students.
A valid university ID is required for verification.
Packages are non-transferable and linked to the verified account.
Notery Space reserves the right to revoke student status if misused.

Packages & Credits

Packages and wallet credits are digital and linked to the purchaser's account.
Package hours expire automatically based on the stated validity period.
Expiry dates cannot be extended.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full deduction of package hours.
Packages and credits are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards represent prepaid credit and do not carry discounts.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expired balances cannot be reinstated.

Online Merchandise Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been prepared or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customized items are non-refundable.

Internet Access

WiFi access is available only during active bookings.
Access may automatically expire when booking time ends.
Sharing access with non-booked individuals is prohibited.

Conduct Policy

Notery Space maintains a quiet and respectful environment.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Room occupancy limits must be respected.

Dispute Handling

Any dispute must first be submitted to Notery Space for internal review.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject to its competent courts.

Limitation of Liability

Notery Space is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, third-party payment processing delays, service interruptions beyond reasonable control, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
