Package Terms & Conditions

Validity: Hours expire 30 days from purchase. Unused hours are forfeited at expiry.
Cancellation cut-off: Cancel a booking at least 1 hour before its start time to refund the hours back into your package. Cancellations within the 1-hour window forfeit the hours.
Non-refundable: Packages cannot be refunded once purchased. The purchase price is non-returnable under any circumstance.
Account-bound: This package is tied to your account only. It cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred.
Category binding: Hours can only be used for Private Focus Room bookings.
